Ha!

I found a solution: deadly simple.
Use "user" and "group" to start the service and clusters with the
depending user.

Just use the config file in a correct way:

cwd: /var/www/vhosts/mydomain.com/subdomains/vacancies/apps/vacancies/
current
port: "8000"
user: mydomainuser
group: psacln
environment: production
address: 127.0.0.1
pid_file: log/mongrel.pid
servers: 3
