Hi, There used to be a wiki page on https://github.com/capistrano/capistrano/wiki/2.x-Multistage-Extension describing multistage setup with cap 2.X, but the page is now gone. A lot of links around the web points to this page. Is there a reason why it was taken down? Otherwise I would suggest that it be restored - Perhaps with a note that 2.X is now obsolete.
