Issue Resolved.  The error discussed here occurs when you try to use the Linux 
Revert Binaries with Windows VMWare Server.  If you are on Windows XP you need 
to also download the Revert-Windows-VMWare-Server zip file which is located on 
the revertbinaries page which is linked from the top of the Releases page.  You 
unzip that into your folder where you have config.xml, captureserver.jar, etc; 
then you can run the command line to kick it all off.
