I see that you can pass kHIWindowBitHighResolutionCapable to
HIWindowCreate, or pass kWindowHighResolutionCapableAttribute to
CreateNewWindow, but what if you are using CreateWindowFromNib? I don't
see any high-resolution flag in the last version of Interface Builder
that supports Carbon nibs.
Do Carbon high-resolution windows work well enough to be worth the trouble?
