Hi folks,

Yesterday we were struggling to configure a test setup on our internal cloud
using windows XP/jdk15. Our setup consisted with a central governance
registry running on a remote machine with MSSQL server. Configuration
registry running on postgres in the same cloud instance in which the
WSAS/ESB cluster nodes were deployed. When we tried to start the server in
that setup, the following error was thrown and startup failed.

Then we tried with a standalone G-reg instance and that also returned the
same error.

Error: Exception thrown by the agent: java.rmi.server.
ExportException: Listen failed on port 0:
nested exception is java.net.SocketException: no buffer space available.
(maximum connections reached?)JVM_Bind

JVM version is = jdk1.5.0_18
Product = Tried with G-reg
IP: 10.100.1.78

Memory = 2GB
processor = 2.26 Ghz

After rebooting this particular WinXP instance, we were able to start the
servers. However, after sometime, CPU usage reaches 100% and the server
crashes again with the above error. Has anyone else encountered this type of
error on windows? can this be related to postgress?
