Yes, standalone G-reg and jar was placed at repository/components/lib

We have tried this again in a fresh installation on the same machine
(Windows XP) and it did not occur. We suspected that the server had been
stopped while it was being started up hence the CNF occurred. Therefore, we
cleared bundle cache (delete the ojdbc14 jar from both dropins and
components/lib then restart) and tried again. But still get the same error.
It seems that, once you get the error, no way to recover unless you start
with a fresh copy.
