Right click on the Carbon UI Component Project -> Export. Under "Plug-in Development" select "Deployable plug-ins and fragments". In the wizard check/tick the UI component project from the checklist box, specify the path to export in Destination tab and click "finish". Copy the bundle created via eclipse to the dropins folder in the carbon server and restart the server.
