I fixed axis2, axiom, rampart and wss4j versions and asked each product teams to fix versions in their related projects (Ex : ESB team to fix Synapse versions). But nobody has done that so far. That's why we have a mix of SNAPSHOTs and fix versions. Lahiru, if you find any SNAPSHOT version of axis2, axiom, rampart or wss4j, please fix those. I may have missed some places.
