After a few last minute issues, AppServer binary pack [1] is ready for release now.
[1]http://builder.wso2.org/~carbon/releases/carbon/3.1.0/chunk1/rc3/ But we cannot host the documentation pack until we fix the system requirements section of wso2appserver-4.0.0-docs/installation_guide.html and wso2appserver-4.0.0-docs/installation_src.html. These guides mention jre1.5 as minimum but it should be 1.6 Please fix these two documents and upload a new docs pack.
