fixed now.

The root cause of the issue, is related to commons.fileupload API. the
getName() method returns full path +filename or the filename depending
on the browser.

I think the carbon developers have handled this scenario in the past
introducting the "getName()" method inthe Abstract file uploader that
wraps the commons api. In the recent file upload implementation people
havent use that.

In the bps, they have encountered this problem before i guess. they
have introduced a regex based filtering mechanism after each call. I
dint remove that, but we should re-factor the code I guess.
