This page becomes important only if you have a lot of proxy services. For someone who's writing lot of mediation/routing logic using the ESB, the sequences page or the endpoints page might seem to be more useful. IMO a dashboard is perfect for the landing page. Most real world applications follow a similar model. I understand that currently the ESB dashboard is a little bit dull and looks boring, but we do have some plans for this page. If the problem is this page taking too long to load, then we should look into fixing/improving that. In addition there are couple more things we can do to give a better user experience: 1. Document how to change the default landing page in Carbon/ESB 2. Have a UI settings page (Supun's idea) Thanks, Hiranya > > -- > Thanks & Regards, > Prabath > > http://blog.facilelogin.com > http://RampartFAQ.com > > _______________________________________________ > Carbon-dev mailing list > [email protected] > https://wso2.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/carbon-dev > > -- Hiranya Jayathilaka Senior Software Engineer; WSO2 Inc.; http://wso2.org E-mail: [email protected]; Mobile: +94 77 633 3491 Blog: http://techfeast-hiranya.blogspot.com
