If this tool is really never going to do anything other than ci/co then we
should call it regcico or something. The check-in-check-out is too long and
far too un-UNIXy. Unix style we could call it cico or just c2 or something
really undescriptively short :-)

But seriously, I think of this expanding to become a general tool which is
why I like regtool or reg. If it has good --help then anyone should be able
to figure out what it does.
