Whenever a new component is added, don't simply copy it to all product profiles, but to the ones that actually use it. Copying it everywhere would be equally bad as copying it nowhere. Also, it is the responsibility of each product team to make sure that their product specific build profile is correct. Also, with our chunked model, the source packs might not be in a state where all the artifacts corresponding to components under the default profile are uploaded to our Maven repos.
