Mainly I fixed the dependency versions of Axis2, Axiom, Rampart, etc. The orbit versions and OSGi version ranges of these dependencies are available here[1].
Also updated the carbon-p2-plugin version to 1.4-SNAPSHOT. If you experience any difficulties when locating the carbon-platform parent pom[2] during the build, then comment out the modules from this pom except for the orbit module and initiate the build. Let it proceed until carbon-platform pom is deployed in the local M2 repo. This workaround was suggested by Sameera and it works like a charm. :) I guess he is working on a proper fix. Apart from that I cleaned up pom files by removing unused dependencies and introducing version properties to the Stratos Identity root pom.
