wrote a VIM macro to : the comment current section add new repo and format (softtabs=4) only the <repositories> element
tested and woks on single files (this is done because i want to achieve correct formating but don't want to format the whole file since it will cause svn commit issues) still couldn't find a way to run this in batch mode
