Hi Sameera, I've tried what you suggested and then ran into a file not found error as the cloud-desc.xml could not be located while installing the tenant.mgt feature.
Anyway, I had to switch the svn repo url of my code base from wso2.org/reposto svn.wso2.org/repos for some other task and that particular change seems to have fixed the issue.
