I have completed this. Now you can go to CARBON_HOME/bin, and run; ant createWAR or ant createWAR -Doutput.dir=foo
The Carbon webapp will be created in CARBON_HOME/tmp/webapp by default. The default output directory can be changed using the output.dir System property.
