Yes, this is not needed in the standalone product, only the services.

There are two aspects here: the actual autoscaling Synapse task, which runs
on the LB, and the autoscaling-agent, which is available on each of the
Stratos services. The task will talk to these agents, and get the load
average of the machines on which those agents are running. The average load
thus computed will be used for making the scale-up or scale-down decision.
Pradeeban, please make the necessary changes, and remove the unnecessary
stuff from the products. Also rename the agent code to autoscaler-agent.
Note that it is not scalar but scaler.
