I have made some improvements for the service stats publisher for 3.2.1 and one of these is creating a light weight eventing impl that does not use qpid.
Since, it is decided to also fix the mediation stats publisher for 3.2.1, it is required to make this impl into a component. I will be creating a new component called lightweightevent,( or lwevent) and reusing this for all necessary components. This will go into trunk as well.
