You can simply have a JSP with several gadget tags, to display
the governance gadgets, also the page can be styled as you prefer, add tabs
etc, so you don't have to use a common dashboard.

At the moment we have updated shindig to the latest version, which broke
some places in the current dashboard. We can invest time in fixing those
and get the current dashboard working in trunk, but if nobody is going to
use it in future, better off do a Greg/BAM specific dashboard with gadget
tags.

Since a release from the Trunk will happen in mid this year, you will have
enough time to create the new greg-specific dashboard IMO.
