C'mon! Why would you need a menu for that? IMHO, Emacs is the less  
menu-driven application I know; I mean, your productivity would  
decrease a lot if you use menus.

Instead, I prefer C-x C-f <type something> and wait one second or C-x  
C-f M-up or M-down
