4) the documents use the GNU Free Documentation License

At the last weeks Wizzards of OS conference it was the result that
the
realy legal lizense for the countries all over the world will be
creative commons. So the main leaders and future versions join them.
Some give up their projects and don't adapt it in future.

See a simple example that everyone can understand:

This document is published under the Open Content License

available from http://www.opencontent.org/opl.shtml

If you go to this page you find the license but at the homepage - and
is a good idea to read it

http://opencontent.org/index.shtml it is closed.

As far i saw that at the wiki installation it is possible in the
newer
version to choose the Creative Commons license.

The Problem i and others seeis that the GFDL was made by US lawyers
and touch only US laws. There is no guilty outside. The experts
worldwide are aware about this problem so inside Creative Commons
licenses the solution is to make special country license now.

Special for south america and also europe. The different positions
come together now and the future way will be a also by users highly
acepted creative commons. Inside the Free software foundation the
positions come more close together and a mainly fact is that the
leaders of the different license modells now apply mostly for use of
creative commons. WikiMedia is strictly designed for the future use
of
it.

I personaly strictly puplish only under a Creative Commons license.
Because its absolute clear for everyone.

just my 2 cents
