[Care2002-developers] FDA is getting into regulating the electronic medical records

Ok guys if we want to stay in the game we need to make sure we have our 
i dotted and t crossed.  I will over the next few weeks be getting FDA 
regulations together the pertain to Care2x and what we need to do to 
keep get this project certified. 

Check out this first regulation.  IMPORTANT all drug and relevant 
patient Bar CODE must conform to this standard.
