All files are made writable by
chmod -Rv a+w gui/smarty_template/templates_c
but it didn't work.
I tried also:
chmod -Rv 0777 gui/smarty_template/templates_c
as is written in "Normal manual installation for
PostgreSQL" but still don't work.
If you have any ideas I'll be glad to try.
