The task should meet certain criteria. As I mentioned, my stundents are not very good at programming (at least at the moment ;-), and one aim of this task is to get "into" it. - The problem domain should not be to complicated, or there should be some sort of nearly finished detailed design. I prepared them with very basic understanding of OO and now its time for practice ... - It should be a sort of self contained (not too interdependent to the other modules of care2x) and manageable by a group of 3 students within 15 hours of work for each of them, so I am talking about really small scenarios :-( - I want them to practice unit testing I know that this are quite strong limitations, but at the moment I don't think that bigger assignments are realistic. But I think of this as a starting point in contributing to the project. Maybe some of the students want to continue working on the project during their diploma thesis and then their contribution would be worth at least 4MM each. cu edi -- Dipl.-Ing.
