we are not expecting Elipido or Kaloyan to do the coding , but just asking them about the framework on which a HIV module could be built.
I am a physician with some experince in HIV/ AIDS care and can also handle requirement analysis and documentation. I would be happy to contribute my time and skills.
Sarath has kindly come forward to allocate some developing resources.
there are several other of you who could contribute in your own ways.

Hi All,
Most of you are not known at the FOSSFA-health mailing list, i think. There
we could discuss about ARV/HIV requirements for East Africa. After that and
when we know what requirements must be fullfilled, we can make such WIKI
document as Sarath suggested.
Maybe it would be a good idea if you registering at this list.
