Please, I need help. I have spent days trying to solve my installation problem
and I searched the web extensively but can't not find much information on
your product.
After installation, I can't get to the initial startup page. When I point my
browser to "http://localhost/care2x";
First, it takes a good 60 seconds of "waiting for host to reply" then I get:
"An error occurred while loading http://192.168.5.8/care2x/index.php:
Connection to host 192.168.5.8 is broken."
I am using SuSE 10.0 and it is properly configured.
I am not a newbie. Other php apps are working fine. My co-workers and myself
have tried installing Care2x on over 8 systems with various versions of Linux
and we all get similar results.
I have set my php.ini for 32 meg of memory nut still I get the same problem. I
increased the timeout but still I get the same problem.
The version of care2x that I am using is 2.1.2 which I think is the latest.
Please, can you point me in the right direction to solving my problem. I need
an urgent solution.
By the way, I have tried the manual, auto and advanced installation methods.
All with similar results.
