Dear Dr. Potur I didn't forgot your mail. Your icd10 update is already in the cvs repository. But this thing with
the encoding a is real pain and needs a few hours concentrated analyse of the code. Lately, I have just occasional time to work on care2x. I will get on the issue as soon as I have the needed time. Anyway, if somebody in the group have an idea then let him share his thoughts.
