Hi Yassin, I am really sorry for the delay. I am quite busy lately and don't have much time for care2x.
Find attached the StringPermissionParser.php. Overwrite the existing one with it in the /include/care_api_classes/ directory of your care2x installation. The fix is that the 'Special Tools' menu is now allowed for all users despite their permission. Nevertheless, when users access the submenus their permissions are checked. This means that an user that has not billing permission will still not be able to access the billing module. The fix will be officially available in the next beta release.
