Hi Claudio, I suggest 1-a flexible user interface where people can add and remove input boxes on the input forms. different hospitals have different input forms requirements. For example, here in Tanzania, we don't have zip codes and Nr's. But we do have P.O.Box and require tribes and have some other id's too.
