Hi,

We have two pilot installations going on in this part of the world (India). I 
have also posted the customisations done at our end which you could see in the 
last release (like additional charts, SimpleInvoice Billing integration,etc).

Currently, we are fine tuning the lab module, integrating the billing into the 
chart module and many more. It is still under the testing stage and will be 
able to post the work in a few days time from now.
