Hi
My observations are:
 These text color,bgcolor etc are stored in db table like 'care_config_user'
using session id.
I think that is the reason ....

Manually we can do
1.include/inc_css_a_sublinker_d.php
2.Put your text color instead of $cfg['idx_txtcolor'] // Which is from
database
