I have sucessfully installed care2x using the latest version
Care2x-HIS-2.6.27(1) with Xampp 1.6.8 version.
I am facing with the following errors. Please advise.
SL # Flow Action Error
1 Radiology --> Pending Test Request --> Findings Fatal error: require_once()

4 Radiology --> Test Request --> Print report SELECT * FROM

care_test_request_radio.batch_nr = care_test_request_radio_sub.batch_nr) WHERE
care_test_request_radio.batch_nr='60000001'
Read attempt to DB failed!
5 Dicom Viewer Not able to view dicom image
6 Wards --> Yellow Paper, target Could not find the option in English language
7 Pharmacy --> Ordering [admin user] You are not associated with any department
/ pharmacy. Please ask your system administrator for help
