That sounds like you need an interface for the hw that will recognize 
characters, much like the touch screen phones that "translated" your writing to 
text. Id say you should look for those drivers

Has anybody had any success with electronic writing pad with care2x? We
want a system where doctors can just write naturally and content stored in

Hi,

Our team had a test device and wanted to see how it works with diagnosis.
The problem with that purpose is that there will be too many errors and
diagnosis will not be categorized correctly. Our hospitals are not using
Care2x much for writing, most items are selected from lists and only one
hospital is using it to record patient history etc.
I am not convinced that in the long run it would be better than learning to
type with keyboard. Initially it may look better option for somebody not
familiar and fast enough with keyboard but younger staff are allready
familiar with computer and I think in the future we still use keyboard
(touch or physical)
