The current Care2x demo doesn't work for me. The patient admited after sreraching are different from the lab modules, and the admitted patient can not be asked for analysis.
The look & feel of demo and the github code seems to be at least 6 years old. Are you sure, that is the code you use everyday ? >We have adopted the process as Kizito suggested of taking the existing >functionality and mapping it exactly in the new code. Sorry, I can't follow you, can you explain that ? >I am an accountant, and not a clinician, so I have always tried not to >interfere with the workflow in care2x, unless otherwise instructed by >clinicians. If nobody can makes modifications, nothing will change... And ... if one finds a way to improve something and can not be returned, shown to the community, by privacy policies, or other issues then: it is a waste of time. If care2x fallen into disuse is because things was done in the wrong way in the past, and as Einstein saids: "if you want different results do not always do the same". That is, to make it work, change, improve, you have to do things differently: - Recognize that the problem exists - Definition of the problem - Search and generation of alternative solutions - Selection of the best solution - Put into practice - Evaluation of the results >from a clinician such as yourself are most welcome. No, sorry the confusion. I am a biochemist. As I could see at source code from github, it seems basically the same as many years ago. The db installation was moved from care_db_structure_d21_manual_my.sql to another big sql file without any module separation. The installation documents are outdated and do not match with current way. I still do not have the things in clear as to contribute with something. Hope you can understand what I want to mean, my english is not good. --- Alejandro ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Check out the vibrant tech community on one of the world's most engaging tech sites, Slashdot.org! http://sdm.link/slashdot _______________________________________________ Care2002-developers mailing list Care2002-developers@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/care2002-developers
