Hi Rishi,
If both your volume and your surface have their center (the 0,0,0
coordinate) at the anterior commissure, there is no need to create a
transformation matrix. If not, the Transformation Matrix Editor
available on the Surface:Transformation menu (or possibly the Window
Menu) may be used to create a transformation matrix. In most cases, a
translation is normally required to align an AC centered surface with a
volume that is in "native space" (origin at lower, left corner).
