We haven't made a real public announcement yet for the release of catoweb 3.1
because we were (and still are) waiting for the completion of an easy-to-use
windows installer. As soon as this is ready, this list will be informed. In the
meantime, there is no need to update your working version of cartoweb, except if
you want to use the new features (see http://www.cartoweb.org/changelog.html).
In this case, be aware that some changes in your projects may be required.
