[Cartoweb-users] polygon line width

Can anyone tell me how to increase the width of the outline of the polygon overlay layer?  It appears that cartoweb is ignoring the values of width, minwidth, minsize, etc. in the mapfile that would influence the width.  Anyone have an idea?
