usually, web application are installed in /var/www/
also, the folder and files must be owned by the "www-data" user.
once you have extracted the Cartoweb files into /var/www/ and set the
permissions to "www-data", be sure you also do the install commandes as
"www-data" too, as some files/folders are created/removed and it may cause
some problems if you use another user.

Ok, download cartoweb and put it in the
/home/harmony/public_html/oplotnica.
Now php command for install and get permissions error...
Which folder must have permissions, so i can install cartoweb ?
I use ubuntu...
