Let's start with a dedicated weekly chat of 15-30m on IRC. We mentioned Freenode in the steering committee call, and specifically JASIG IRC -> Confluence logger bot to facilitate documenting the discussion, which I think is an excellent idea. If that integration is documented somewhere, I'll go ahead and set it up. If we feel a call is needed to address matters that can't be easily resolved via chat, we can consider as-needed or regular calls via Calliflower and post recorded audio to the wiki.
