The existing versions of CAS (pre 4.0) all support storage of tickets in a
distributed fashion (memcached, JBoss, JPA, etc.).

Also, as far as I know the flow in trunk works.  We demoed it the other day.
 Unless I somehow managed to break it since then :-)
