Items currently listed for 3.5 for which no work has
been done or is planned have been moved to the wish list. (Marvin,
this ended up being two items you had committed to, if I moved these
in error please let me know.)
I moved the issue regarding monitoring and management back onto the
roadmap since I intend to get it done. I created a Jira issue to track
it, CAS-1099, and linked it on the roadmap. I plan to block out some
time next week to get started in earnest. Additionally, I intend to
attempt to provide a solution for authentication statistics monitoring
in the spirit of https://issues.jasig.org/browse/CAS-994 but with the
needed configuration flexibility that I harped about in the comments on
that issue.

Sounds reasonable. May 20 also sounds reasonable for a GA release
provided testing and feedback on RC's goes well. (Sadly, I expect dead
silence on those, but it's the right thing to do to put them out there
for review and feedback.)
