CAS developers, I'd like to try out the JIRA issue labeling practice that's working well for Jen and Eric and uPortal
http://comments.gmane.org/gmane.comp.java.jasig.uportal.devel/4545 in applying a label "unicon-coop-dev" to issues prioritized under and addressed via the Cooperative Development feature of Unicon's Cooperative Support for CAS program. The labeling drives some nice reporting, improves communication about these issues, and doesn't affect existing JIRA workflows.
