Yes. I recently went through the effort to CASify BB9 Learn. It's not that
difficult, but you'll need to make sure BB recognizes the authenticated
user in its own database and that BB is able to fully recognize the new
authentication module.

See here for more info please:
https://wiki.jasig.org/display/CAS/CASifying+Blackboard The link to the
github repo on that page should have better instructions.

Subject: [cas-dev] CASifying BB

Has anyone CASified BB8 before?
Or BB9? Is it fairly straight forward?

Regards,
Jonathan

Subject: [cas-dev] CAS 3.5 Release Update

Folks,

Based on the last round of discussions we settled on this schedule:

* 3.5 RC1 - May 11th (hard deadline, scope will be dropped, etc)
* 3.5 GA - June 8th (Friday heading into Jasig/Saka Atlanta)

with Scott doing release engineering and Marvin as back up.

A quick glance at 3.5RC1 in JIRA reveals 14 of 37 open issues with 6 in
progress. With 5 weeks to go from today, it's probably a good time to
review any issues you might have to see if we're on track.

Best,
Bill
