During my experiments with the X509 CAS support, I experimented with the use
of X509CertificateCredentialsToIdentifierPrincipalResolver to retreive X509
certificate fields. In doing so, it looks like I am only getting back part
of the CN field.

My CN in my certificate is set to:
CN=firstname.lastname.1234567890

In the logs, I am only seeing the first part of the CN retrieved:

CN=firstname

I was expecting the whole string.

Is there an issue with the way my CN is defined in using the '.' seperator
between firstname, lastname and unique id? Is the '.' separator not
permitted in the CN field?
