It's come up a couple of times on the list, but I'm not aware of
anyone actually getting it done.   I looked at this when I was at
Princeton and the path looked pretty straight forward at the time.
Cognos is a Java based web application, and has something like a
"trusted authn" configuration that could be used with stock Java CAS
client in front.  Probably a 40 hour gig.
