Confluence, Jira and Crowd will be down for patching between 3PM to 6PM CDT on Nov 3. Bamboo will be down from 4PM to 5PM CST. In all likelihood each service will only be down for 15-20 minutes during the outage windows but there is always the possibility that the outages will go longer.
