Team, It seems like I am missing a number of permissions on the JIRA space. I can neither assign issues to myself, nor can I change the status of one I have been working on. Could someone please look into this issue and allow me to alter a JIRA? In particular, I'd like to tweak the Java and .NET CAS client JIRAs that I have worked on as resolved.
