Thanks, Jérôme.   CAS SAML1.1 Attribute response (steps 2 and 3)  and
Google SAML2 (step 4) are completely orthogonal from a configuration
and feature point of view, correct?   If so, I be happy to take a
crack at editing this for clarity.
