Just a quick update; that I have just pushed a series of commits over to
#219 that should finalize the pull for tests. The last round goes through
all modules. If folks can confirm the build functionality, etc the pull
should be ready for a merge. Once the pull is merged, I'll attach my
version of cleanup and formatter rules to the wiki page.
